FAG Cylindrical roller bearings are separable roller bearings. The rollers and raceways have a line contact structure with extremely high radial load-bearing capacity and rigidity. They mainly bear radial loads. Depending on the rib structure, some models can bear one-way or two-way axial loads.

Product Introduction

The product line is divided into four categories: single row cylindrical roller bearings with cage, double row high-precision cylindrical roller bearings, SL full complement roller heavy-duty bearings, and split cylindrical roller bearings. The X‑life reinforced‑E version optimizes the roller profile, reduces edge stress concentration, and significantly increases rated load and service life. The cage can be made of glass fiber reinforced nylon TVP2 cage, which generates low heat under high-speed working conditions; the heavy-duty large bearings can be made of brass solid M1 cage, which is high temperature and impact resistant, and is suitable for 24-hour uninterrupted operation.

The NU and N series are free-end bearings that can compensate for the axial displacement caused by the thermal elongation of the shaft; the NJ and NUP series can be used as axially fixed support ends. The high-precision NN and NNU double-row series have a 1:12 tapered inner hole, adjustable preload, and accuracy levels covering P4, SP, and UP ultra-precision levels, and are mostly used for machine tool spindles. SL full complement rollers have no cage, the rollers are densely arranged, and have extremely strong radial load capacity. They are suitable for low-speed and heavy-load metallurgical equipment. The outer ring has an optional ‑W33 oil groove and oil hole structure, which facilitates later filling and maintenance of grease.
