Product Introduction

FAG Self-aligning ball bearings are double-row spherical rolling ball bearings. The outer ring raceway is processed into a spherical structure. It has excellent self-alignment compensation capabilities and can allow a maximum static deflection deviation of 4° on the shaft. The maximum compensation angle of the sealed version is 1.5°, which effectively eliminates eccentric load jamming faults caused by shaft deflection deformation and shell installation misalignment. The bearing can withstand two-way axial load and radial load at the same time, has a high limit speed and low operating noise. It is very suitable for working conditions with long transmission shafts, insufficient base rigidity, and prone to coaxial errors.

The product line is divided into two types: open type without seal and double-sided contact seal maintenance-free type. The sealing model‑2RS‑TVH is equipped with double-lip rubber sealing rings on both sides and is pre-filled with long-lasting grease at the factory, so no grease maintenance is required later. The mainstream cage uses a glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 solid cage (suffix TVH), which has low friction and heat and is suitable for medium and high-speed working conditions; large-size and heavy-duty models use a brass solid cage (suffix -M), which is high temperature and vibration resistant, and is suitable for 24-hour continuous operation.

The bearings are available with a cylindrical bore and a 1:12 tapered bore (‑K suffix). The tapered bore version can be used with an adapter sleeve for easy installation on long smooth shafts without shoulders. The X‑life high-performance version optimizes the steel ball arrangement structure, and the rated load and fatigue life are improved. The clearance specifications are complete, and standard clearance and C3 increased clearance can be selected to adapt to high temperature and vibration working conditions.
