FAG Spherical roller bearings are double-row drum roller heavy-duty bearings. The outer ring raceway is processed into a spherical structure. It has excellent self-aligning capabilities and can allow the shaft to produce a maximum ±2° angular deflection. It can effectively compensate for shaft deflection deformation and deviations caused by shell installation misalignment, and avoid bearing eccentric load, jamming, and early wear failures. The bearing can withstand huge radial loads and bidirectional axial composite loads at the same time, and has excellent impact and vibration resistance. It can be used as a fixed-end bearing or a moving-end bearing.

The mainstream upgraded model of this bearing adopts the ‑E1‑XL X‑life high-performance enhanced design, optimizes the roller profile modification, eliminates stress concentration on the roller edge, and greatly improves the rated load and fatigue life. Cages are divided into two categories: E1‑XL comes standard with a double-piece quenched steel plate stamped cage, which is suitable for most heavy-load conditions; ‑M/‑MB/‑MA brass solid machined cages are resistant to high temperatures and vibrations, and are suitable for 24-hour continuous operation and high temperature and harsh conditions. For strong vibration equipment such as vibrating screens, the T41A special vibration-specific version is available.

Bearings are divided intoCylindrical inner hole (standard version)and1:12 (‑K), 1:30 (‑K30) conical inner bore; The tapered hole model can be directly installed on the long optical axis with an adapter sleeve, making assembly easy. The ‑S suffix on the outer ring means that the outer ring is equipped with oil grooves and oil holes to facilitate later filling and maintenance of grease. The clearance specifications are complete, the standard clearances are CN, C3, and C4, and the clearances are increased to adapt to special working conditions such as high-temperature shaft elongation and vibrating screens.
