Product Introduction

The products are divided into two basic types: one-way thrust ball bearings and two-way thrust ball bearings. The one-way style can only bear the axial force in one direction; the two-way thrust ball bearing can bear the two-way axial load and realize the two-way axial positioning of the shaft system. According to the washer structure, it is divided into standard version with flat seat ring and self-aligning version with spherical self-aligning seat ring; self-aligning models with self-aligning washers can compensate for the angular deviation caused by uneven base mating surfaces and static installation misalignment, reducing the risk of bearing jamming and early wear.

The bearing raceway has been super-finished, with low running friction resistance and low temperature rise, and is suitable for medium and low speed working conditions. The cage can be selected from steel plate stamped cages, brass machined cages and nylon cages; the brass cage has excellent high temperature resistance and is suitable for long-term continuous heavy-load operation; the nylon cage is light in weight and has low friction, and is suitable for medium and high-speed operating conditions.

This bearing has certain requirements for coaxial installation accuracy. The flat washer version has no self-aligning ability. The shaft and bearing seat must ensure high coaxiality during installation. The standard operating temperature range is ‑30℃~+150℃. The optional X‑life high-performance upgraded version can optimize the contact stress distribution and extend the bearing fatigue life.
