Product Introduction

NSK Angular contact ball bearing has a fixed contact angle between the steel ball and the raceway, which can bear radial load and unidirectional axial composite load at the same time. When single-row bearings are subjected to radial force, an additional axial component force will be generated. Therefore, most of them are installed in pairs in back-to-back, face-to-face, series, etc. ways to achieve bidirectional axial limit. Preload can also be applied, which greatly improves rotational rigidity and positioning accuracy.

Bearings are available in a variety of contact angle specifications: 15° (C) is suitable for ultra-high speed conditions; 25° (A) takes into account both speed and axial rigidity and is a common industrial main force; 30° and 40° (B) have stronger axial load-bearing capacity and are suitable for conditions with large axial thrust. The product line is divided into multiple branches: general industrial single-row, double-row, universal matched bearings, Robust ultra-high-speed precision spindle bearings, NSKHPS high-performance extended life series, and hybrid ceramic insulated bearings.

The general industrial model uses high-purity long-life Z steel, and the raceways are super-finished to produce low friction heat. The cage can be selected from stamped steel plates, solid brass, polyamide resin, or PPS high-temperature resistant engineering plastics; the resin cage has high speed and low temperature rise, and the brass cage is suitable for heavy-load continuous operation. The universal matching model has been precisely selected and matched at the factory. It can be directly installed in combination with DB, DF and DT without grinding the spacer ring, making assembly easy. Series 70 and 79 are available with sealing rings, pre-filled with long-lasting grease at the factory, maintenance-free operation, and greatly extended grease service life.

The Robust precision spindle series is specially developed for high-speed working conditions of machine tools. It is available in SHX heat-resistant material version. It has high limit speed and excellent high-temperature resistance. Its precision levels cover P6, P5, P4, and P2 ultra-high precision levels. It is widely used in machining center spindles. The NSKHPS high-performance series optimizes the internal steel ball arrangement, increases the rated load, extends the fatigue life by up to 90%, increases the limit speed by 15-20%, and has lower vibration and noise, making it suitable for long-term continuous heavy-load high-speed operation. Double-row angular contact models can withstand bidirectional axial loads, saving installation space and eliminating the need to pair two single-row bearings.
