Product Introduction

NSK Cylindrical roller bearing relies on line contact between cylindrical rollers and raceways to transmit load. It has outstanding radial load-bearing capacity, small friction loss between rolling elements and ribs, and excellent high-speed operation performance. The inner ring and outer ring can be separated from each other, making disassembly and maintenance very convenient.

The product line is divided into single row, double row, full roller and high-precision spindle series. The NU and N types have no axial positioning ribs, and the inner and outer rings can slide axially relative to each other. They are suitable as free-end bearings of equipment to compensate for the thermal elongation of the shaft. The NJ and NF types can withstand unidirectional axial loads. The NUP and NH types can achieve bidirectional axial positioning and are used as fixed-end bearings. The double-row NN and NNU series have greatly improved radial rigidity and are mostly used in high-precision machine tool spindle conditions.

The rollers adopt the NSK crowning and shaping process, which effectively reduces edge stress concentration and reduces overload wear at both ends of the rollers; the NSKHPS high-performance version optimizes the internal structure, significantly increases the rated load and service life, and has stronger impact resistance. The cage can be selected from steel plate stamping cages, brass solid cages, PPS, and PEEK engineering plastic cages; the brass cage is suitable for heavy-load continuous operation conditions, and the resin cage has low friction and heat and is suitable for high-speed scenarios. The full roller and cageless model has densely arranged rollers and stronger load-bearing capacity, making it more suitable for low-speed and heavy-load impact conditions.

Product accuracy covers ordinary industrial grade, P5, P4, and P2 high-precision grades; radial clearance is optional with standard clearance, C3, and C4 increased clearance, suitable for high temperature and heavy-load conditions; some specifications of the outer ring are equipped with oil grooves and oil injection holes to facilitate later grease replenishment and maintenance.
