Product Introduction

NSK Joint bearing is a spherical sliding bearing. It relies on the cooperation between the outer spherical surface of the inner ring and the inner spherical surface of the outer ring to achieve multi-angle tilt, low-speed swing and small-range rotation. It can bear radial load, axial load and compound impact load at the same time. It has excellent self-alignment compensation capability and can offset the installation misalignment error between the shaft and the housing.

The NSK Joint Bearing product line is mainly divided into four categories: radial spherical plain bearings, angular contact spherical plain bearings, thrust spherical plain bearings, and rod end spherical plain bearings. The centripetal type is the mainstream style on the market and can achieve a larger swing angle; the angular contact type is suitable for bearing both radial and unidirectional axial loads; the thrust spherical bearing mainly carries axial thrust; the rod end spherical bearing integrates an externally threaded or internally threaded connecting rod, without the need for additional hinged brackets, and is easy to assemble.

The product is divided into two versions: relubricating type and self-lubricating type. The re-lubricated outer ring has reserved oil grooves and oil holes, which can be filled with grease regularly. It has excellent wear resistance and is suitable for heavy loads and long-term continuous swing conditions. The self-lubricating type has a composite wear-resistant lining on the sliding surface and does not require post-lubricating maintenance after leaving the factory. It is suitable for harsh working conditions such as inconvenient maintenance, dust and moisture, and reduces operation and maintenance costs.

The bearing rings are made of high-purity bearing steel, which has been quenched and hardened and spherically precision ground. The sliding spherical surface has high precision, stable friction resistance, and outstanding impact resistance and wear resistance. Optional dust-proof seals on both sides prevent muddy water and dust from entering the sliding contact surface and extend the service life of the bearing.

This product is mostly used in low-speed swing conditions and is not suitable for high-speed continuous rotation. Complete model examples: GE20ES, GE25ES‑2RS, SI16T/K, SA20T/K.
