Product Introduction

NSK Linear Blocks&Rail is composed of Linear Rail guide rail and Linear Block slider. It relies on the ball circulating rolling structure to achieve high-precision and low-friction reciprocating linear motion. It can withstand radial and lateral multi-directional loads and overturning moments at the same time. It operates smoothly and smoothly, and there is no crawling phenomenon during low-speed operation.

The groove adopts NSK's patented offset Gothic arc structure. Four rows of balls are in 45° diagonal contact. The load is balanced in the four directions of up, down, left and right. It has excellent self-aligning ability, which can absorb the slight installation errors caused by base processing and assembly, reduce the risk of eccentric load wear, and has outstanding impact resistance. The product line is divided into three major sections: ball type, roller heavy-duty type, and micro stainless steel guide rails; the ball type is suitable for high-speed automation equipment, while the roller type has greatly improved rigidity and load-bearing capacity and is suitable for heavy cutting machine tools; micro guide rails are mostly made of stainless steel and are suitable for small precision instruments and dust-free semiconductor working conditions.

The slide blocks are divided into square standard slide blocks, square extended slide blocks, flange slide blocks, and flange extended slide blocks, which are suitable for different installation spaces. Guide rails and slide blocks support interchangeable options. Slide blocks and guide rails of the same specification can be freely matched, making stocking and later replacement and maintenance convenient. Optional NSK‑K1 long-lasting lubrication component, porous resin slow-release lubricant, enables long-term maintenance-free operation, reducing maintenance frequency and operation and maintenance costs.

The sealing accessories are complete, and both ends and bottom of the slider are equipped with dust-proof seals to prevent iron filings and dust from entering the ball circulation raceway. Product accuracy covers quasi-precision, advanced, precision, and ultra-high precision levels; preload levels can be selected from micro preload, light preload, medium preload, and heavy preload to eliminate internal gaps and meet diverse needs from ordinary conveying equipment to ultra-high-precision processing equipment. The guide rail supports unlimited splicing and extended stroke, and the surface can be treated with corrosion-resistant coating as needed.
