Product Introduction

NSK pillow block bearing is an integrated bearing unit, which is composed of an outer spherical bearing core and a cast iron vertical bearing seat. The outer diameter of the outer ring is processed into a spherical surface, which cooperates with the inner spherical surface of the bearing seat. It has automatic alignment performance, can compensate for the coaxial deviation caused by base processing and assembly, and reduce the risk of shaft eccentric load wear.

This product mainly bears radial loads and can also bear a small amount of bidirectional axial loads. Shaft locking methods are divided into three mainstream structures: stop screw locking, eccentric sleeve locking, and conical inner hole locking with an adapter sleeve, which can meet the anti-loosening requirements under different working conditions. The internal structure of the bearing refers to the design of deep groove ball bearings, which has low operating temperature rise and can support higher speed operations.

The standard model is equipped with a double-layer composite sealing structure. The rubber oil seal is matched with an oil slinger ring to effectively prevent dust and muddy water from intruding into the inside of the bearing. It is pre-filled with high-performance long-lasting grease at the factory, enabling long-term maintenance-free operation under normal working conditions. Bearing seats are mostly made of high-strength cast iron, which has sufficient rigidity and resistance to vibration and impact. Special material versions such as stainless steel, stamped steel plates, and thermoplastics are also available to adapt to special environments such as moisture, corrosion, and food processing. Models with oil nozzles support late-stage grease lubrication and are suitable for heavy-duty conditions of long-term continuous operation.

The product is highly interchangeable and is a standardized unit accessory. During installation, you only need to use bolts to fix the base to the frame and then put it into use, eliminating the need for separate processing of the bearing support and greatly shortening the assembly time.
