Product Introduction

NSK Self-aligning ball bearings are double-row ball bearings. The outer ring raceway is processed into a spherical structure. The center of curvature of the raceway coincides with the center of the bearing. The inner ring, steel ball and cage assembly can achieve angular deflection. It has self-aligning capabilities, which can compensate for misalignment deviations caused by shaft deflection deformation and housing processing errors, and avoid eccentric wear and jamming of the bearing.

This bearing mainly bears radial load, and can bear small bidirectional axial load at the same time. It is not suitable for long-term bearing of large axial thrust. The product is divided into two structures: cylindrical inner hole and conical inner hole; the tapered hole version can be equipped with an adapter sleeve and can be easily installed on the optical axis.

The cage can be selected from stamped steel cages or polyamide engineering plastic cages; plastic cages have low friction, low operating noise, and are suitable for high-speed working conditions. 22, 23 The widened series can provide double-sided seal-2RS style, pre-filled with long-lasting grease at the factory, which is dust-proof and waterproof, reducing the frequency of subsequent maintenance. Bearing radial clearance is available in C2, standard clearance, C3, and C4 multi-level specifications, adapting to different temperatures and shaft elongation conditions. Compared with spherical roller bearings, the ball structure has lower friction resistance, smaller temperature rise, supports higher operating speeds, and is suitable for light-medium load and high-speed working conditions.
