Product Introduction

The bearing can withstand extremely large radial loads and bidirectional axial composite loads at the same time, and has outstanding impact and vibration resistance. It can be used as a fixed-end bearing or a free-end bearing. The product line includes EA (NSKHPS high-performance series), C, CD, CA, and ECA high-load versions; EA, C, and CD models use steel plate stamped cages; the CA series is equipped with a brass solid machined cage, which is suitable for heavy-duty long-term continuous operation; ECA has an optimized structure without guide rings, an increase in the number of roller arrangements, and a significant increase in rated load.

The roller adopts NSK crown modification process to alleviate the stress concentration on the edges of both ends of the roller. The high-performance version of NSKHPS has undergone high-temperature stabilization and can withstand working conditions up to 200°C. Its rated load, limit speed and service life are significantly improved compared to ordinary models. There are also TF pollution-resistant long-life steel series and SWR wear-resistant special series, which are suitable for harsh working conditions such as poor lubrication conditions and many impurities.

Bearings are available in two styles: cylindrical bore and 1:12 tapered bore. The tapered bore model can be easily installed on a long optical shaft with an adapter sleeve. The suffix E4 means that the outer ring has oil grooves and oil holes to facilitate later filling and maintenance of grease. The radial clearance can be selected from standard clearance, C3, C4 and increased clearance to adapt to special working conditions such as high temperature, heavy load, vibrating screen, etc.
