NSK Thrust ball bearing is a separable axial special bearing. It is mainly used to bear axial load and basically cannot bear radial load. The entire set of components can be freely disassembled. The shaft ring, seat ring and steel ball-cage assembly can be disassembled and assembled separately, making maintenance and installation convenient for .

NSK Thrust ball bearing is divided into two basic structures: one-way and two-way. The one-way style is composed of a shaft ring, a seat ring and a steel ball cage, which can only withstand axial thrust in one direction; the two-way style has two steel ball components and a common shaft ring, which can withstand bidirectional axial loads and provide bidirectional axial limits for the rotating shaft. The product can be equipped with an optional self-aligning spherical seat washer, which can compensate for the angular deviation caused by installation misalignment and shaft deflection, and reduce the risk of damage caused by eccentric load .

The bearing raceway and steel balls have undergone NSK super-finishing processing technology, which has low friction resistance and can support higher operating speeds than thrust roller bearings. The cage can be selected as a stamped steel plate cage or a solid brass cage. The brass cage has excellent high temperature resistance and is suitable for long-term continuous operation. The product has multiple accuracy levels, including ordinary level, P6, and P5 high-precision specifications, which can meet the axial positioning needs of precision equipment.
