Product Introduction

CE series all-ceramic deep groove ball bearings are high-performance special bearings. The inner ring, outer ring and rolling elements of the bearing are all made of ceramic materials. They are different from HC5 hybrid ceramic bearings with steel rings and ceramic balls. Common ceramic substrates are divided into two categories: silicon nitride and zirconia, with model suffixesCE marks the all-ceramic version, the basic outer dimensions comply with ISO deep groove ball bearing standards, and can be used as an upgraded replacement for steel bearings of the same specification.

All-ceramic bearings made of silicon nitride have better overall performance, high hardness and light weight. Compared with steel bearings, the overall weight is about 40% lighter. The centrifugal force is smaller during rotation and the limit speed is higher. The thermal expansion coefficient is low, and the clearance stability is better under working conditions with large temperature differences. It can operate stably in a wide temperature range of -50℃~+240℃. Zirconia material has outstanding corrosion resistance and strong chemical stability. It is more suitable for strong corrosive conditions such as acid, alkali and salt water. It is not easy to rust and damage when exposed to corrosive liquids for a long time.
