Product Introduction

Angular contact ball bearings cannot be used separately. When bearing radial loads, they will produce axial components. Therefore, they are mostly installed in pairs or groups. Three common installation methods are back-to-back, face-to-face, and series to offset the axial forces generated by each other. A single set of bearings can only limit the axial displacement of the rotating shaft in one direction.

Products are divided into two types: single row and double row. The commonly used contact angles of single row angular contact ball bearings are 15°, 25°, 30°, and 40°; 7000C represents a 15° contact angle, which is suitable for high-speed working conditions; 7000AC is 25°; 7000B is 40°, with stronger axial load-bearing capacity. Double-row models are designed to withstand axial loads in both directions and require no pairing during installation.

The cage can be selected from glass fiber nylon TN9 cage, stamped steel cage, and brass machined cage. High-precision P4 and P5 grade models can be used for precision spindles; the sealed model-2RS comes with a rubber seal and is pre-filled with grease at the factory to reduce later maintenance; the clearance is optional C3 to increase the clearance to adapt to high temperature working conditions.
