Cylindrical roller bearings are roller bearings. The rolling elements are cylindrical rollers. The rollers and raceways have a line contact structure. They have extremely strong radial load-bearing capacity and can withstand huge radial loads. They are suitable for heavy-load conditions. However, they cannot withstand axial loads.

Product Introduction

Cylindrical roller bearings are separable bearings. The inner ring, outer ring, and roller cage components can be installed and disassembled separately, making assembly and maintenance very convenient. They allow for a small amount of axial free movement of the shaft relative to the bearing housing, compensating for dimensional changes caused by thermal expansion of the shaft.

Based on the flange structure, they are divided into four main basic series: NU, NJ, N, and NUP. The NU series inner and outer rings have no axial ribs and are completely free to float in the axial direction; the NJ series outer rings have one-sided ribs, which can withstand small unidirectional axial loads; the N series outer rings have no ribs; the NUP outer rings have ribs on both sides, enabling bidirectional axial positioning of the rotating shaft.

The cage can be selected from stamped steel cage, glass fiber nylon TN9 cage, and machined brass cage. The optimized ECM and ECML series are upgraded Explorer structures, with modified rollers to reduce edge stress and significantly improve bearing life. Sealed versions and full-roller cageless versions can be used in low-speed, ultra-high-load applications. C3, C4, and C5 increased clearances are available to suit high-temperature and interference-fit applications.
