Product Introduction

Ceramic rolling elements are much lighter than steel balls, have small rotational inertia, lower frictional heat, can withstand higher limit speeds, and have lower operating temperature rises. Ceramic materials have high hardness, strong wear resistance, and excellent scratch resistance. Even when lubrication conditions are poor, they can significantly reduce the risk of slipping and false Brinell indentations, effectively extend the service life of bearings and grease replacement cycles, and extend equipment maintenance intervals. The overall dimensions of the bearing strictly follow ISO standards and can be directly interchanged with all-steel bearings of the same specification. There is no need to modify the shaft and bearing seat structure during installation.
