Product Introduction

Pillow block bearing comes with a variety of locking structures, commonly including set screws, eccentric sleeves, concentric locking and other styles, which can be quickly locked and fixed on the surface of the drive shaft. The assembly process does not require complicated heating or press-fitting processes, and is easy to disassemble and assemble. The bearing comes standard with a high-performance double-lip seal structure, which can prevent dust, mud, water vapor and other pollutants from invading the inside of the bearing. Most finished products have been pre-filled with grease before leaving the factory and can be used directly on the machine, with long maintenance cycles.

The bearing seats are mostly made of high-strength cast iron with excellent impact resistance; nylon composite materials and stamped steel plate lightweight seats can also be used. The basic bearing core can be equipped with special versions such as stainless steel, high temperature, and solid oil maintenance-free to adapt to diverse working conditions. The entire unit size complies with ISO standards, has strong market versatility, and is very convenient to replace spare parts.
