Product Introduction

Self-aligning ball bearings are double-row spherical self-aligning bearings. They are composed of an inner ring with double rows of steel balls, an outer ring, and a cage. The outer ring raceway has a concave spherical structure. The bearing has unique self-aligning performance. When there is a coaxiality deviation between the shaft and the bearing seat or the shaft is deflected and deformed, the bearing can automatically perform angle compensation without generating additional additional stress, which is very suitable for working conditions where installation misalignment is prone to occur.

Self‑aligning ball bearings can bear both radial loads and a small amount of bidirectional axial loads. The limit speed performance is excellent, the operation noise is low and the vibration is small. Bearings are divided into open type, double-sided iron seal-2Z, double-sided rubber seal-2RS and other structures. The sealed model is pre-filled with grease at the factory, has dust-proof capabilities, and requires low maintenance workload in the future.

The mainstream product series includes four basic series: 1200, 1300, 2200 and 2300. 1200 and 1300 are narrow series with moderate load capacity; 2200 and 2300 have wider inner and outer rings for stronger load-bearing capacity. The cage can be selected from stamped steel cage, glass fiber reinforced nylon TN9 cage, and brass cage. C3 and C4 enlarged clearance versions are available to adapt to high temperature and interference installation conditions.

Typical application scenarios: conveying equipment, fans, papermaking machinery, textile equipment, agricultural machinery, woodworking machinery, long transmission shafts and other rotating equipment that are prone to shaft bending and large alignment errors.
