Spherical roller bearings are double row spherical roller bearings, equipped with drum-shaped spherical rollers inside, and the outer ring raceway is processed into a concave spherical surface, which has excellent self-aligning performance. When the shaft is deflected and deformed and the bearing seat is installed misaligned, the bearing can automatically compensate for the angular deviation without generating additional stress.

Product Introduction

Spherical roller bearing has a very strong radial load-bearing capacity, and can also withstand bidirectional axial loads. It has outstanding impact resistance and vibration resistance, and is suitable for heavy loads and large impact load conditions. The bearing limit speed is relatively low and is not suitable for ultra-high speed equipment.

The bearings are divided into two structures: cylindrical inner bore and 1:12 taper inner bore. The tapered bore model can be equipped with an adapter sleeve or a withdrawal sleeve, and is directly installed on the optical shaft, making it easy to disassemble and assemble. The cage can be selected from stamped steel cages or machined brass cages; CC, CA, and E are the internal structure codes. The optimized E series has undergone roller modification processing to reduce edge stress and effectively extend the service life of the bearing. ‑2RS1 sealing style comes with a rubber sealing ring and is pre-filled with grease at the factory. It is suitable for harsh working conditions with lots of dust and difficult maintenance. The clearances are C3, C4, and C5. Increase the clearance to adapt to high temperature and interference installation conditions.

The mainstream model series includes 22200, 22300, 23000, 23100, 23200, 23900, 24000, 24100. Complete model examples: 22210E, 22312E, 23120CA/W33.

The suffix W33 means that the outer ring has an oil groove and three oil filling holes to facilitate the later filling of grease.

Typical application scenarios: mining crushers, ball mills, cement rotary kilns, fans, metallurgical equipment, papermaking machinery, vibrating screens, reducers and other heavy-duty equipment.
