Tapered roller bearings are tapered roller bearings. The rollers, inner ring, and outer ring raceways are all designed with a tapered structure, which can withstand large radial loads and one-way axial composite loads at the same time. Product Introduction

Tapered roller bearings are separable bearings. The inner ring assembly (roller + cage + inner ring) and outer ring can be separated from each other, making installation, disassembly and gap adjustment very convenient. A single set of bearings can only bear axial load in one direction. When used, they generally need to be installed in pairs in opposite directions to offset the axial component force generated during operation and prevent shaft movement.

The internal clearance of the bearing cannot be preset at the factory, and the axial clearance needs to be manually adjusted during the installation process. Most of the cages are stamped steel cages, and machined brass cages are optional for heavy-duty and large-size models. The upgraded and optimized model of Explorer has undergone roller shaping treatment to reduce edge stress, has stronger impact resistance and longer service life.

Mainstream products include three types: single-row, double-row, and four-row. The single-row model is the most widely circulated basic model on the market. Double-row and four-row tapered roller bearings are mostly used for low-speed heavy equipment and can withstand bidirectional axial loads and extremely large radial loads.
