Thrust ball bearings are axial special bearings. They are only used to bear axial thrust loads and are strictly prohibited from bearing radial loads. They adopt a detachable structure as a whole and are composed of shaft rings, seat rings, steel balls and cage components. Each component can be disassembled and assembled separately.

Product Introduction

Thrust ball bearings are mainly divided into two types: one-way and two-way. The one-way Thrust ball bearing can bear the axial load in one direction and realize the one-way axial positioning of the rotating shaft; the two-way Thrust ball bearing can bear the two-way axial load and limit the two-way axial movement of the rotating shaft. Some models are optionally equipped with spherical seat rings. When combined with spherical washers, they can compensate for the initial installation misalignment between the shaft and the bearing seat and reduce the additional stress caused by assembly deviation. The inner hole of the shaft ring has been precision ground to form a stable interference fit with the shaft; the hole diameter of the seat ring is relatively large, making it easy to install inside the bearing seat for positioning and installation.

The cage can be selected from stamped steel cages or machined brass cages to adapt to different rotational speeds and temperature conditions. Solid oil maintenance-free versions and special models with NoWear wear-resistant coating are also available to meet harsh environments such as dust and high temperatures. All dimensions of the bearings strictly comply with ISO international standards, with strong market versatility and easy replacement.

Mainstream product series include: 51100, 51200, 51300, 51400 one-way series; 52200, 52300, 52400 two-way series. Complete model examples: 51208, 51310, 52210.
